What's new with Associated Press style?

As university news writers, many of us rely on Associated Press style in our work. This ACE webinar will point out some recent style changes; show how the AP Stylebook can be used as a resource beyond style points, such as an encyclopedia and punctuation guide; explain features of the online version; and offer insight into how the AP decides on style.

Presenters are Darrell Christian, AP editor at large; Keith Robinson of Purdue University and Kay Ledbetter of Texas A&M AgriLife Research. Keith is a former bureau chief with the AP, and Kay is offering a short presentation on AP style at the ACE-NETC conference in June. Both are regular presenters at ACE conferences, and you will enjoy what they have to offer.

The session is offered through N.C. State University’s Blackboard Collaborate, and you can log in at:
