Join presenters Marilyn Schlake and Carol Welte, University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension as they review what business owners need to know about the new Affordable Healthcare Act. Although the Affordable Care Act (ACA) large employer (play or pay) mandate has been delayed until 2015, other ACA regulations are steadily moving forward, including opening of the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) on October 1. There are many ACA regulations that have and will continue to impact small and large businesses. This webinar will highlight the different regulations and strategies businesses can use to manage the ACA.
