Data Visualization to Communicate Impact

Presenter: Alda Norris, Evaluation Specialist, University of Alaska, Fairbanks, Cooperative Extension Service.

Being able to visualize data results help Extension professionals better communicate and demonstrate impact to stakeholders.  It is easier to identify trends and connections when the data is visualized rather than in chart form. From data dashboards to stand-alone visualizations, from info-graphics to word clouds, from maps to timelines, and even comics and basic photo editing, you will walk away from this session knowing some of the most popular online data visualization tools and basics of how to use them.

This webinar is sponsored and hosted by the National Association of Extension Program and Staff Development Professionals (NAEPSDP). For more information on NAEPSDP, please visit our website at http://naepsdp.tamu.edu/
