Margaret Viebrock is a faculty member of Washington State University.  She is an Extension County Director and works in Douglas, Chelan and Okanogan Counties.  She develops educational programming for food safety, nutrition education and farm family issues. She is the leader for a 3-state Women in Agriculture educational program and a co-state leader for the WSU Extension Food Safety & Preservation project.
