QGIS is a free and open source GIS software program that can be used to make maps and perform geospatial analysis. This webinar will introduce participants to how to use QGIS at a very basic level. It is most appropriate for people who understand what GIS is, but have never used QGIS. If you have used other GIS programs, this webinar will be VERY basic. Concepts covered will include Projects, Data Layers, and the Map View, as well as using the tools and icons available to move around the map.
