EAB and woodland ash: Learning from the Michigan experience

With recent discoveries of emerald ash borer in and near Minnesota’s northwoods, foresters are getting more serious about silvicultural options as we face potential widespread ash mortality. Forest health specialist Bob Heyd has seen this loss first hand in Michigan and will share lessons from that experience. We’ll also hear a perspective from Minnesota.
