Participants will learn what the OSHA and the NRCS Supplement to OSHA say regarding safe operation of construction equipment and receive tips on how to stay safe when working on or around this equipment.

Working on a construction site is a very hazardous occupation. Each year in the United States approximately 150,000 people are injured. A major source of that danger involves operating or working around construction equipment. Instructors will present the applicable NRCS and OSHA policy and discuss what you can do to ensure that you and the operators you work with are as safe as possible.

This webinar is presented by USDA NRCS Science and Technology. Contact Holli Kuykendall, Ph.D., National Technology Specialist, for more information about this webinar.
