Safe handling of eggs from small and backyard flocks

There has been an expansion of local egg production. Eggs are considered a hazardous food and must be handled carefully. Safe handling of eggs from production to the consumer will be discussed by Dr. Ken Anderson from North Carolina State University. One hot topic to be covered will be whether or not you should wash your eggs.
