Living Mindfully is a new online program, developed by Dr. Sue Schneider at Colorado State University Extension. The program is designed to introduce you to fundamental mindfulness concepts, principles and practices that can help you cultivate greater awareness, better manage stress, and tap into more joy, gratitude and compassion. This webinar will introduce you to the 18-week program and explore diverse applications of mindfulness that can be incorporated into our everyday lives and work as Extension professionals.
