CHIME - Cultivating Healthy Intentional Mindful Educators in Early Childhood



The CHIME Program provides education and guidance on how to incorporate mindfulness and reflective practice into your daily routine, teaching and care-giving.Engaging in mindfulness and reflective practice has many benefits for health and well-being of both providers and young children — including reduced stress, improved emotion management, better sleep quality, increased focus and attention, and enhanced relationships.

8 Weekly CHIME Sessions (In person over Zoom attendance is required for all classes - No recordings will be available)

Thursday March 5, 2020 1:00-3:00 pm CST & March 12, 19, 26 April 2, 9, 16, 23 2020 from 1:00-2:30 pm CST

 Cost $85 • 16 in-service hours • Zoom Online

This class also uses the “Remind: School Communication” app (available on iphone & android). Participants will receive reminders.
